Vionell Holdings Partnership is pleased to announce that their newest project to be completed at 2005 Tracey Street in Brandon’s South end.   “The Grove”, to be constructed in three phases, are modern designed multi-family residential units that are expected to be ready for the rental market for April 2017.

Each unit features upgraded finishes not typically found in rental units in Brandon and also provides a different option for those looking for 3 bedroom accommodations. When asked about the apparent amount of surplus inventory in the Brandon multi-family residential market, Vionell Holdings CEO, Jason Roblin stated, “The demand is still strong in the market for three bedroom units, despite having some vacancies in our current two bedroom rental portfolio. We expect these first forty units to be absorbed rather quickly after hitting the market.”

Construction of the first forty townhouses is underway with the first units expected to be rent-ready in April. Once phase one is complete, phase two (another forty units) will begin construction immediately thereafter provided the demand is still strong in the marketplace. The final thirty-six units are expected to be completed in the spring of 2019.
